Dear women, I want to invite you to women's circles that take place once in a while in the Laundry Room in Strašnice.
I called these meetings the Listening Room. My intention is that we learn and deepen the skill of listening to ourselves and others.
The topics will be different, sometimes spontaneous, sometimes planned. Together we will create a safe space for sharing, support and understanding. A space without judgment in which we can feel ourselves, throw away all the masks or roles we have in society.
Everything will be interwoven with relaxation, meditation and mindfulness techniques that cultivate attention, calming the mind and the body, the perception of oneself and the inner world.
, that we experience very similar sorrows, on which each of us can have a different perspective.
Sharing has therapeutic overlap, that is why it is an important part in the women's circle, but it is a free choice of each of us.
I feel that meeting together and opening various topics is more than necessary, so I cordially invite you and look forward to seeing you.
