The organizers - the National Sports Center in cooperation with Adam Kocian and the Slovak Olympic and Sports Committee - bring you a unique event in the heart of Bratislava, where theory and practice will come together.

Keynote speaker: Peter Haberl, a renowned sports psychologist who has participated in 10 Olympics, will guide you through the world of the psychology of elite athletes. Lectures in English will take you deep into the functioning of the mind under enormous pressure, where the mindfulness technique will play a big role.
Experience from practice: Adam Kocian will introduce you to his experience working with Slovak sports youth, where he focuses on the mental preparation of future champions. .
