✨How it will happen in 60 minutes:
- Introduction 5 minutes. Welcome, motivation, rules. "Las Vegas rule": what
is said in the circle, stays in the circle.
- Short performance 5 minutes. Everyone says their name and the reason why they came.
- Order. The draw will determine who goes first.
- Round of questions. The topic is brought up by a man who needs advice. Only the one holding the totem (small soccer ball) speaks. The others ask short
supplementary questions or move the totem further.
- Round of recommendations. Everyone with a totem gives their advice or what they
would do. The man who asked for advice just listens.
- Closure. Thank you and a clear intention: what I am taking and what will be my next step.
- If there is time left, we continue with the next man in order.
- Conclusion 5 minutes. Thanks and reminder of the rules.
