About event
We cordially invite you to the concert of Musica iuvenalis
Musica iuvenalis ensembles as an eight -member music ensemble, in an unconventional composition. Among the instruments are strings, ie violin or cello, nor breaths, such as clarinet or fagot. Everything is also supported by the piano. However, this combination of tools is very atypical, and so the concert has a novel course. The stage shows various smaller chamber files and thus various combinations of not only mentioned tools. Piano trio, wind quintet or four -handed piano will hear all of this. In several songs, the ensemble will also be presented as a chamber orchestra. As a result, the listeners are offered a very varied range of sound colors. The whole concert will also be accompanied by a accompanying word.
The group consists of students, and especially music lovers. Those above their own study activities try and perform together. All this with a simple goal - to distribute music and the associated joy that inherently brings. Therefore, at the concert you will hear both works of Czech composers, headed by Antonín Dvořák or Bedřich Smetana, as well as foreign greats, which undoubtedly include Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart or Johann Sebastian Bach. In our program, we will touch all sorts of epochs and the concert could therefore bear the subtitle: from Baroque to the music of the 20th century.
