And it is already outside 😍 Sara Karlberg from Svenska Terapihundskola is heading for Slovakia 🥹🥰 Over two days, we will be a topic that is so necessary for (not only) services/intervention with dog/animal assistance 🥰
Through theory, practical exercises and discussions, we will investigate how to ensure the fulfillment of the dog's needs, how to create a safe and stimulating working environment, where the dog has the opportunity to influence its work situation ❤/>
The workshop time for both days: 10.00 - 17.00. With an hour lunch break from 13.00-14.00.
Workshop cartridge:
1. Day - Choice and Dog's Consent at Work:
• Why is Welfare Dogs are necessary for sustainable work?
• The physical and mental needs of the dog - what is required to work

Targeting, Paw Targeting, Appearance, ...).
• Creating a safe and stimulating working environment - adapting to the individual needs of the dog.
• Basic skills and group training in the nose area of Targeting and
PAW TARGETING.
2. Day - Day of Inspiration:
• Different types of exercises that can be used in health care, education
and social work
• How to train a dog to make decisions in his work?
• Introduction to the apprtulating exercises.
• Practical exercises as well as continuation of nose exercises

• Bank of knowledge: Basic exercises to develop cooperation between
dog and handler.
• Final reflection and summary - how do we take this knowledge
to our own work? No previous knowledge is required, but the participants are expected to be of a real interest in developing their work with dogs ethical and sustainable way 🙏
Methods:
• Lectures and theoretical reports,
• Practical exercises with dogs,
• group discussions and sharing experience,
Results/after completing the workshop participants:
• better understand the importance of welfare dogs and joys from work,
• They will be able to identify the symptoms of stress and well -being with their dog,
• They will control practical tools to create a safe and PSA at work,
• They will have a knowledge bank of basic exercises that will continue to develop on their own conditions.
This workshop is an investment in a sustainable and ethical approach to working with dogs, where the dog and the handler prosper and develop together! 💞
At first 8 registered teams has the opportunity to actively participate with their dogs practical exercises at workshop❣️
Dog participation (which will not be actively trained) at the workshop is allowed unless they cancel other participants.
