In our course for beginners, MMA can try MMA!

- General Sports Preparation and Basics We are starting to prepare movement and exercise on mobility of the musculoskeletal system, then we go through new techniques, which are gradually connected to drills and combinations with previously discussed techniques.
In training, we then strive to improve fluency and accelerate, while we are gradually adding sparring partners' resistance. We start sparring in the course from the second month and are both very easy, but above all voluntary, so no one has to worry. Hard Sparring are not on the course. After registration, all important information will come. You have the first training with us for free, come to try it!
The price of the course is 3600 CZK for two months. To register you will receive free learning MMA video and discount on our partner eshop!
