Everyone can try MMA in our course for beginners!🔥
The course starts on 7/1/2024 at 18:50 and the lessons are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the same time every week.

👉🏼HOW DOES SUCH TRAINING LOOK LIKE?
Each training has a clear structure - we start with movement preparation and exercises for mobility the apparatus, then we will go through new techniques, which we will gradually build up into drills and combinations with previously discussed techniques.
In training, we try to improve fluency and acceleration, while gradually adding resistance from sparring partners. We start sparring in the course from the second month, and they are both very light and above all voluntary, so no one needs to worry. There is no hard sparring in the course.
