The peaceful charm of the Belgian village and the quite clear life of the 14 -year -old Elias will be disrupted by new neighbors who move into the house across the street. Especially the same old Alexander, his new classmate and friend. Or something more? Elias is suddenly confronted with feelings that he has not yet known, confusing and disturbing the attraction that he does not understand and is ashamed of. How to tell his family, school friends and his "girl" Valerie, that his heart will pound faster only when he is with Alexander? With that Alexander, who is clear about his orientation and admits to Elias that he is for boys. Elias in his confusion, in the desire not to lose Alexander or Valerie, and in fear of public conviction, he becomes more and more involved in lies, and he is his grandfather who tells him the great secret: love is exceptional and it would be a sin to let it slip between his fingers.
