Songs and arias inspired by biblical stories
During the forty weeks of 2025, Michal Horáček wrote poems conceived as speeches and conversations of various biblical heroes. Each of them had a rhythm, a rhyme, and a chorus, and that's how they set up the music. At his request, the leading personalities of rock and classical music took up these: Michael Kocáb, Ivo Viktorin, Lukáš Sommer, Michal Novinski and many others.
The compositions were gradually sung by personalities such as Iva Bittová, Michael Kocáb, Xavier Baumaxa, Katarína Koščová, Robert Křestťan, Jiří Pavlica, Vojtěch Pelka (countertenor), Vanda Šípová (soprano) or Roman Janál (baritone). This is how a large, genre-varied band was created (and still is).
