Sometimes these differences become a source of tension, sometimes they can be valuable potential for growth, understanding and innovation. We will stop on topics such as trust, respect, the transformation of the role of the teacher or the language between generations. Together we will look for a way to lead (SOU) generations not according to age or formal authority, but according to the actual mutual harmony and cooperation.
