What is circular mentoring and how can help you help you?
Group mentoring takes place in a circle of 5-10 people. The aim of the mentor / mentor is to hand over to you / share your know -how with you and move on to each other with other participants. The advantage is mutual learning and inspiration, because different members of the group come with different experiences and ideas. There is equivalence in the circle - everyone has the same opportunity to contribute and learn.
During mentoring you will recharge your strength and determination to address the challenges that face you, because you will find that others have similar problems.
In a circle, relationships and new contacts are also supported. At the beginning of each mentoring circle, you all introduce yourself and you can exchange contacts or navigate LinkedIn QR code. In a circle with different people, there is a new point of view and innovation.
Do you want to move in communication, problem solving or empathy in 2025? This is also the natural effect of mentoring circles. Mentoring circles won in 2024 among the first -line conference participants and therefore we embark on mentoring days, thanks to which we will move forward, educate and meet regularly in various topics.
