About event
Church real estate portfolios are facing big ones Challenges: declining membership numbers, underutilization, maintenance costs and at the same time the opportunity to create identity-forming places for society and the community. It is crucial for success to form ecosystems made up of church, politics, society and the real estate industry.
rvda supports church institutions throughout Germany in real estate processes and church conversions. Our experience shows: The key to effective conversion processes lies in the creation of socially relevant impact ecosystems - networks of complementary stakeholders who together create identity-forming "place-to-be" places.
Our evening together offers a mixture of input and exchange:
- Innovative approaches for church real estate portfolios
- Best practice examples of more success Conversion projects
- Discussion on specific procedures and processes
- Exchange of experiences between the different groups of actors
