MEDZINÁRODNÉ MAJSTROVSTVÁ SLOVENSKEJ REPUBLIKY V STRIHANÍ OVIEC + DEŇ SLOVENSKÝCH PLEMIEN

On Saturday, July 26, the twenty year of the International Championship of the Slovak Republic in the shearing of sheep will take place at the Farm Pod Vtáčnikom. The competition is organized by the Association of Ovie and Goat Breeders in cooperation with the Farm Pod Vtáčnik and the Civic Association at ZCHOK. Cutters will try to improve the Slovak record of cutting one sheep-46 seconds. At the same time, the Slovak breeds will take place- the exhibition of national farm breeds. This exhibition is organized by the Slovak Association of Breeders and the Civic Association We behave at home. The atmosphere will be enjoyed by live music, farm competitions for children, mini -farm. Throughout the day, specialties- lamb and game goulash, bryndza gnocchi, lamb perkelt, roasted sausages, delicious beer and strudel, sheep and cow cheeses will be served.
