Mattia Müller is a 21-year-old Slovak-Italian musician, composer, producer and percussionist. He spent his childhood alternately in Italy and Slovakia, where he began to devote himself to music at the age of 8. At the age of 9, he attended l'Accademia Musicale Italiana di Monza, where he learned from the renowned Italian drummer Andrea Quattrini. He later continued at the Bratislava Conservatory, where he studied melodic drums under the guidance of prof. Petr Kosorín and won the national inter-conservatory competition in all categories.
During his studies, Mattia devoted himself to jazz and modern playing on the drum set under the guidance of renowned drummers such as Peter Szapu, Michal Fedor and the world-renowned David Hodek, with with whom he still works today. In 2021, he was accepted to the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston on a full scholarship, where he is taught by the world-famous Francisco Mela (McCoy Tyner, John Scofield, John Patitucci...). At Berklee, he founded the group Laser Sights, with which he released his debut album in April 2024.
