About event
The nude is a classic discipline that winds through the entire history of art. Of course, he also affected photography.
At the course, which is held as part of the Month of Photography 2024, we will show classic studio lighting and body modeling with light, as well as more experimental approaches using luminography, i.e. j. painting with light on the body.
In the beginning of the workshop, we will say a few words about different approaches to nude photography, which can be observed from the history of photography. Then we get to work.
In the first half of the course, we will show you how to illuminate the human body in an interesting way, so that the result is not only an informative image, but that the photo also has distinctive artistic qualities that distinguish the anatomical representation of the body from an artistic act. We will also work with the element of mystery that every good act should contain.
In the second part, we will focus on more experimental approaches. We will show how luminography, often called light painting, can be used in nude photography to create a different, modern nude.
In the final part of the course, we will evaluate the photographed works.
You will learn to shine with studio lights, pose a model, properly compose and experiment a little with atypical light sources.
Participants they can look forward to the new model Kateryna: https://www.instagram.com/kate.photomodel
💰Price: EUR 119
