We spend much of our lives trying to figure out who we are, which prevents us from being fully aligned with our true selves. "From Idleness to Inspiration" leads us by the hand to unfold the thread of our own movement, our "feeling", our desire to move from the source of life. From inactivity, the place we start from, to finding a way out of this static state. The step that allows us to move from inactivity to energizing movement. Imitation is an important part of our journey, a way of learning, a catalyst for change. Following this practice moves us towards spiritual liberation. Intuition, coming from deep within, accepting and paying attention to our rooted connection, our creative self. And the easiest way to strengthen our intuitive abilities is to move with them.
Imagination to mobilize our natural gifts, our talents, our potential, our awareness - everything we are driven to do. Be generous in your imagination. Inspiration when there is only dance, no thoughts, no action, only dance, only a moving center. An inspired dance with a sense of sacredness, ritual and mystery. A weekend workshop where we embody these aspects of ourselves together with other inspired and inspiring people. Dance, nothing more, nothing less.
Thierry is a French-trained actor with extensive experience in the theater. He later became a certified Gestalt therapist/coach (Ecole Parisienne de Gestalt). This humanistic therapy gives body to words and restores the possibilities embedded in the realm of the present moment. He is a lecturer of 5Rytms. He trained this movement meditation with Gabrielle Roth in the United States; 5Rhythms is a discipline that makes the body aware of itself.
Finally, he has been working with Mankind Project International for twenty years and is one of its international leaders.
The ManKind Project (MKP) is a global fraternity of non-profit/charitable inclusive organizations that implement challenging and highly rewarding programs for men at every stage of life. movement, work with the body and creativity that embraces it all.
He has been living in Croatia for more than 10 years with his wife and small son.

The workshop is conducted in English with a Slovak translation. Previous experience is not necessary.

Thierry is a French-trained actor with a rich background in theater. He then became a certified Gestalt therapist/Coach (Ecole Parisienne de Gestalt), a humanistic therapy that gives flesh to words, restoring possibilities anchored in the field of the present moment. He is a Rhythm Teacher, a movement meditation practice trained by Gabrielle Roth in the United States; and discipline to give body and embodiment. Finally, he has been working with the Mankind Project International for twenty years and is one of its international leaders.
ManKind Project (MKP) is a global brotherhood of nonprofit/charitable inclusive organizations that conduct challenging and highly rewarding programs for men at every stage of life.
