📍 Where: Rodinné centrum Macko, Bilíková 34, Bratislava
⏰ Duration: approximately 1.5-2 hours (depending on the number and needs of participants)

During the evening we will immerse ourselves together in a peaceful atmosphere full of acceptance, trust and female support.
🌿 We will start with a short meditation that will help you relax your body, mind and nervous system.
You stop, take a breath and allow yourself to just be. 🧘‍♀️

🫂 Then we will open a women's circle of sharing - a safe space where you can talk about how you really feel, what you experience, what you struggle with or what brings you joy.
No one judges you here, everything you say stays between us.
It is a place where other women hear you, understand you and support you. 💞
