Vinyasa Yoga Flow - Upper Studio

60 mns classe in english or french according to the participants

Enjoy a Vinyasa Yoga class including some somatic movements to warm up, prepare the body and mind, and a relaxation at the end of the class.

This course aims to accommodate all levels, beginners included (but with good overall mobility) and who wish to cultivate a feeling of freedom and balance in their body.

Organic Flow Yoga Studio

Address: Rua Almeida e Sousa, nr.3 - Last floor (3 andar).
Once inside the Yoga Studio, go up to the stairs for my classes (there are 2 practice rooms, the other is on the main floor).

Some advices:

* It's better to practice with an empty belly (avoid eating a lot before practicing Yoga)
* Come 5 mns before the class, the studio opens 10 mns before the start.
* Bring eventually a sweater or something warmer for the end of the class (relaxation), the studio has organic blankets to provide.
* There is a dedicated area where you can leave your personal belongings, hang your clothes and remove your shoes as soon as you enter the studio.
* Please move quietly inside the studio as there are 2 practices rooms (upstairs and at the level of the main floor) as well as a therapeutic room that can have sessions going-on when you arrive or leave the studio.

Payment on-site: 11 euros (5 pass classes), 15 euros for a single class
