Love, dance and dream – LOVE2DANCE
The original Slovak dance show LOVE2DANCE invites you on a fascinating journey into the world of standard and Latin American dances. In this unique theatrical performance, couples' ballroom dances at the highest level come to life, which will be presented to the audience in new charged choreographies.
This project brings you a unique show full of energy, beauty and passion, in which twenty-two top professional dancers from Slovakia, the Czech Republic and France perform. You will see them in beautiful costumes, to well-known musical hits with a story. LOVE2DANCE combines elegance, strong emotions and rhythms that go beyond the boundaries of dance.
The performance is accompanied by the character of the Actor, who encounters various forms of love in his imagination and gradually discovers its true essence through reflection. The audience witnesses his crazy, colorful dream, in which he goes through different phases of life and relationships through dance – from falling in love, desire and flirtation to jealousy and passion to life's stumbling blocks that lead him to self-discovery and self-acceptance.
The show is divided into two parts of 45 minutes each, with a break in between. Each part reveals a different side of love, life and dance itself.
