Lichtwege ins Innere - Biodanza Workshop

We invite you to enter a healing space that gently carries you into a deep flow of cleansing and renewal. We carefully say goodbye to the old and open ourselves to what new wants to emerge within us. The dark season offers an invitation to go within, encounter the silence and listen to the wisdom of the body. From this depth, the inner space can expand for fresh impulses and what wants to find us. This is how connection can grow – to yourself, to others and to the bigger picture that surrounds and holds us. In this protected space, dance becomes medicine, nourished by the power of community and supported by music that touches the heart and soul. Every movement invites you to feel yourself, to nourish your life force and to rediscover your inner center.
