Level 1 – Úvod do Bilaterálnej integrácie, 26.-28. 9. 2025, Brno, CZ

The Bilateral Integration Program (so -called BI Program) is a movement program based on developmental exercises. The author of the program is Shieie Dobie, both. The program was also supported by Kristy Brown and dr. Andrew Dalziell, who continues to actively develop it and very successfully in many countries of the world. When we sit in the bench and listen to the interpretation of the teacher, we often have to make notes. At the same time, we are thinking about what we hear, forced to displace all the disturbing and unwanted influences of the surroundings. We have to remember what preceded what was said a while ago and to be related to what it will be said. At the same time, we usually perform automated movements by hand (eg when writing), eyes (eg when reading), or the whole body (eg in sports, or vice versa in complete motor peace). The truth is that many children, as well as adults, do not have sufficient skills to be able to interconnect cognition (thinking) with motor skills (movement) as efficiently as possible. Either they fail in one or the other. As if one area was at the expense of the other. And this is what we try to change through this great program.
