About event
Chronicle
yr. Martin Kollar
Slovakia/Czech Republic, 2025, 70 min., original text, MP12
The chronicle captures everyday stories and creates a collective portrait of contemporary reality – not only as a documentation of the present, but also as an archive for the future. Through images, he reveals absurd routines and strange habits, as well as our tendency to rely on systems that we simultaneously question. The chronicle offers a new way to view our choices and encourages viewers to reflect on their actions now, before they are forgotten.
The film is nominated for the Slnko v sieti award in the Best Documentary Film category.
