👉 We invite you to an interesting 2.5 hour workshop, in which you will learn a lot of new information about the health of your feet.👣
✅ Movement therapist Tomáš Ďurán will guide you through a 120-minute workshop, in which we will explain how flat feet can be related with poorly functioning muscles and musculoskeletal pain. This is followed by a 30-minute bonus on the topic of correct sitting.
🦶 Flat feet and hallux valgus are a functional disorder of our musculoskeletal system, caused by inappropriate conditions that we are often unaware of.☝️
🦶 Standing, walking , squat, lunge, everything starts at the foot! The chain of kinetic energy when standing affects the entire spine, but also our overall strength and stability.💪
