About event
🐝How does life in a hive work and why are bees one of the most important members of the ecosystem? He will bring the answers on August 12, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. workshop Bee flight in SteelPark.
The event brings closer the importance of bees🐝 for the ecosystem and biodiversity of the planet and shows how closely their existence is connected with nature🌳 and agriculture. Participants will learn about life in a hive, its functioning and why bee work is irreplaceable.
Part of the program is also a look at how bees perceive their surroundings and in what interesting ways they orientate themselves in space🌐. Some of their skills will surprise even those who thought they already knew something about bees.
In the practical part, children will try working with beeswax and traditional materials. 🙌They will take home a hand-made product and at the same time try a more ecological approach to common things that we use at home.
The workshop will also reveal the basic differences between the inhabitants of the hive and explain why their cooperation is so perfectly coordinated. 🌷There are also interesting facts about the products that bees create and which have a wide range of uses for humans.
💛Come and discover the world of bees as we don't normally see it - up close, interactive and with a lot of surprises that you will discover on the spot.
🎟️ADMISSION: 8 euros per child. Escort 4 euros, second escort 8 euros - sale only on site.
