Letnice na Fortně

Every step we take is always a little step into the unknown. It requires the courage to go beyond an external or your own boundary, into a new place or time. Do we want to risk it and do something we don't know how it will turn out?

On the weekend of Pentecost, we want to notice with gratitude the power of the Spirit in us. And to turn to the world in it with the confidence that we can try things and that we can afford to make mistakes.

An evening with singing, dancing and painting, which can be joyful prayer and thanksgiving.

Saturday 23 May
⭕ 9.30 – 12.00 | Slovo
Joint creation in the monastery and in the garden. Work with a biblical text inspired by the Jewish Pentecost - the holiday of Shavuot.

⭕ 15.00 - 18.00 | Voice
Workshop with singing and folk song. When I sing, I'm naked. With my voice, the sound that arises in me, I connect the inner space with the outer world. I'm going out with my gifts, I'm crossing the line. And in joint singing, in safety, with others, I can experience harmony... A folk song - a connection with the "roots" - can be my guide...

⭕ 15.00 - 18.00 | Borders
An experiential workshop in which we will symbolically work with the theme of crossing the border and going from the inside out into the unknown. We will go out of Fortna to the surrounding area. Don't expect an adrenaline sport, everyone will find their own limit to cross.

Service on the eve of Pentecost, with a fire in the garden.
