About event
Come and try traditional and modern methods of processing seasonal fruits and herbs. During the two-day community workshop, we will learn how to prepare homemade syrups, jams, fruit mixes and other simple products that will allow us to preserve the taste of summer for many months.
Together we will discover how to effectively use seasonal fruits, how to combine fruits with herbs and what are the basic procedures for canning and preserving. Participants will be able to try the individual steps directly in practice, from the preparation of raw materials to the filling of glasses and bottles.
The event is intended for everyone - children, youth, parents, grandparents and individuals who want to learn something new, share experiences and spend a pleasant afternoon in a community atmosphere. Beginners and those who want to expand their knowledge of fruit and herb processing are welcome.

• demonstrations of canning seasonal fruits,
