About event
Do you know it?
You will hire a smart young person. He has potential, energy, ideas. And in half a year he is gone. Or it stays — but something doesn't work. Motivation? Communication? Expectations?
Frustration is growing on both sides. The company says "young people don't want to work." Young people say "this doesn't make sense."
The truth is somewhere in the middle. And that's where we want to meet at the May LTA.
Where generations meet — and where they cross paths
Data on generation Z in Slovakia
What is the real attitude of young people when they enter the labor market? What do they consider important, what bothers them, and where are the most common obstacles between them and companies.
Leadership and work with young people
How to create an environment where young people perform — and "safety" does not mean "comfort". Practical models and approaches that work.
Open discussion
A space for the exchange of experiences between participants — managers, HR people and representatives of the young generation.
Who is the meeting for
For managers and team leaders
You work with generation Z daily. You address their motivation, performance, expectations. You will get concrete answers to what is behind their behavior — and approaches that work instead of "do A, you will get B."
For HR
You will get a data-backed picture of how young people in Slovakia perceive work. You will understand the friction between their expectations and the reality of companies — and you will take away ideas on how to set up a culture so that you don't lose them before they can get going.
For Generation Z
One of the speakers is "Zetko" herself. You will learn how your generation is perceived by companies and leaders — and you will be given space to name what is important to you among people who want to listen.
What will you take away?
A concrete picture of how generation Z in Slovakia really thinks about work — supported by data, not impressions.
Understanding why conventional management approaches do not work for young people and what works instead.
Practical models, such as to build an environment where young people see meaning and at the same time perform.
Understanding how the view of work differs across generations — and how to get the best out of these differences for the whole team.
And you will get space for an open conversation with people who solve this topic from different sides — including the "Zets" themselves.
You will leave with a clearer view of what can be changed in your company tomorrow.
