About event
From which window did Mr. Werich throw keys to visitors, which author had the most paintings on the walls, and what did the room look like in which legendary meetings and discussions took place? You will find out about this and much more on the lecturer's guided tour of Werich's villa.
You will hear about the rich history of Kampa, house No. 501 and its inhabitants, which include Vladimír Holan, Josef Dobrovský and Zdeněk Wirth. You will see how Mr. Werich has lived since 1945, learn about the Liberated Theater and Werich's film and fairy-tale work. In the basement, you will meet the Golem, you will have a look into the attic, which at one time was the archive of the Osvobozené theater, and Fanča's granddaughter also had her own little room in it.
