We invite you to a combination of communication skills training and the classic unstructured group process according to Scott Peck. This is a new seminar format developed by Edward Groody, a disciple of Scott Peck, which is more suitable for beginners as well as anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of the Community Building method.
A combination of short lectures , simple exercises and time spent in the circle of participants during their application, you will learn:
- Listen better to children, colleagues, friends and partners
- Create trust, connect with people and build relationships even with people coming from different backgrounds
- Recognize and let go of obstacles that prevent valuable interpersonal connections in your relationships
- Help yourself and others overcome resistance to change and personal growth< br/>- Develop your emotional intelligence, improve so-called "soft skills" and discover your leadership skills
- Recognize phases and regularities of group dynamics
- Overcoming superficiality, loneliness and isolation

The seminar starts on Friday, January 24 at 17:00.
Please come early. Registration is from 16:00.
On Friday we will finish at 21:00.
On Saturday we will start at 9:00 and finish at 21:00.
On Sunday we will start at 9: 00 and we finish by 5 pm.
