I invite you on a slow exploration journey of experience. We will perceive the body, explore the boundaries, strength, delicacy, excitement and peace that comes when we are truly present.

This workshop will offer you space for exploration.
You will slow down. You become aware of your body. You will get to know new ways of touch and communication, sensual games. A game with tension and intensity.
I will guide you through theory and practice in the topic-Games with power and intensity and work with reprimands. I will introduce myself to regulatory techniques and the principles of kind dominance.
And you will also experience everything yourself. You can take turns in practice during the day or stay with your partner.
