LARI BASILIO

Lara is a guitarist who plays with a distinctive authority, feeling and subtextual themes that addresses listeners. Its strengths consist in compositions and melodies that can express everything and maintain the audience interest all the time. Lara has talent for melodies, skillfully combines funk riffs, smooth pop with fine acoustic guitar, enchants ranges and uses Arpeggia. References to Steve Vaie and Andy Timmons are obvious, but Basilio creates his own musical style. Lara is aware that the journey by music is not always easy, especially due to the differences between sexes. She admits that she sometimes feels like a woman on a stage, which is usually dominated by male guitarists. However, she feels confidently and is inspired by the work of artists like Jennifer Batten or Orianthi Panagaris.
