About event
Dear friends CHANGE! Due to today's rainy weather, the LANTERN PARADE has been moved to TUESDAY 4.11. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you!
Dear friends and supporters of the Civic Association ZažiTok,
when the days are getting shorter and the forest is shrouded in silence, the time comes when the light moves from the sky into our palms. That evening, the little flames will become stars on the ground - and we will step forward together to help them shine. 🌲🕯️
We cordially invite you all to the lantern procession, which will start at 4:30 p.m. in the grounds of the Mravenisko Forest Club with a meeting by the fire with a short telling of the "story of light".
Next, we will create a lantern procession, which we will lead along the stream to the well and end with a common circle of memories by the stream, where each family will be able to light a candle for those they remember and send it across the water.
🗓️When: Tuesday, November 4, 2025
⏰ at 4:30 p.m. if you want to create your own lantern with us, bring a milk/tea/cereal box or a jam glass + a candle (we recommend an electric one). you will need a headlamp or flashlight and be sure to dress warmly.
If you have a desire, you can bring something to the common table.
We will share more information in this event. If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
