LAF: Skúška svetiel

From November 15 to 24, an oversized light installation will illuminate the center of Trenčín with wine.

The Fragment light installation for the Light Art Festival was designed by a Czech artist Lukáš Dřevjaný alias oxoo. The eight-meter high light installation will be the first of its kind in Trenčín. At the same time, it will be an interactive work, which means that what is displayed on the installation will be directly influenced by people with their movement.

The installation is part of the Lights test event, the zeroth edition of Light Art Festival (LAF), which is created thanks to the European Capital of Culture project Trenčín 2026. The rehearsal of the lights will begin on Friday, November 15 at 7:30 p.m. On the following days, the installation will be accessible from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. until Sunday, November 24.
