About event
Basic course for all who work in corporate education, respectively. Development and education of workers. It is designed for L&D managers and specialists and will guide you to topics such as L&D strategic management, development and educational needs analysis, competence models, designing educational events and evaluation of their efficiency. A total of 30 teaching awaits you. hours in 6 days and at the end a joint dinner of participants with lecturers. :)
Course topics:
1. Introduction to L&D, Strategic Management of Development and Education, L&D view of the employee's life cycle
2. Basics of education planning, incl. Analysis of development and educational needs and creation of competence model
3. Preparation, realization and evaluation of educational events, forms and methods of corporate education
4. Efficiency and quality of corporate education
5. Education of specific groups
6. Trends in education
