We cordially invite you to a women's hormonal yoga course inspired by hormonal yoga therapy according to Dinah Rodrigues. Dinah Rodrigues has been making up hormonal yoga therapy for about 20 years, consulting with renowned yoga teachers as well as doctors and physiotherapists. Her therapy brings amazing results all over the world.

🔍 Hormonal yoga is a natural therapy based on yoga that activates or restores the production of female sex hormones.
