Dear friends, we are looking forward to introducing you to something new.
The sm-system exercise is one of the best exercises in physiotherapy for back problems. With the help of exercise and the use of sm-system rubbers, you will strengthen the back muscles, it is the so-called stretching, which helps with pain, the exercise will take place under professional supervision.
ATTENTION the capacity of the course is full.
Course dates: 4.9/11.9/18.9/25.9/2.10/9.10 /16.10/23.10.2024,
From 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
In Ružinov (Detailed information available to registered participants).
Voluntary contribution for one hour is €5.
Total €40 for the entire course.
The professional trainer is Jozef, with whom we have also worked in the past. The trainer completed the exercise system course.
It is currently not possible to register.
The course is organized by the civic association Seniors in Movement.
We are implementing the project thanks to the financial support of the Slovak capital.
