The best way to start with acroyoga is definitely in the beginner course, where you can progress slowly every week under the guidance of experienced instructors. Here you will learn the technique of individual positions well and understand important principles. We will ensure each other so that you do not have to be afraid of falling. There is no need to have previous experience or apply as a couple.
