Kuratorinnen-Führung durch die Ausstellung "Meet Bob" von Jasper Doest

The exhibition "Meet Bob" shows the history of flamingos Bob, which became the climate ambassador of the island of Curaçao.

The exhibition" Meet Bob "by Dutch photographer Jasper Doest revolves around the Caribbean Flamingo Bob: his life took a dramatic turn when he flew against a hotel window on Curaçao and suffered serious injuries. Nursed and tapped by a local veterinarian - Odette Doest - he quickly became the hope of the island and her wildlife and environmental protection initiative. The outstanding project by photographer Jasper Doest deals with the fragility of our ecosystem and the effects of civilization on wild animals, but also tells a very personal story in an entertaining way. As part of the tour, you will receive background information on the project and the creation of the award -winning photographer as well as in curatorial processes and the photographer market.
