🌿 The cycle of thematic kriyas of Kundalini yoga in 2026 🌿
I invite you to a series of meetings in which we will step by step return to the body, breath, inner strength and balance.
Each kriya is focused on a different area - physical, energetic and mental - and supports a deep but gentle re-alignment inside and out.
No esoterica. Only conscious work with yourself: breath, physical movement, mantras, meditations, mudras....

Energetically: the basis of energy, flexibility, flow of vitality,
Physically: Our inner column, with age, everyone begins to have problems physically with the spine.
2️⃣👉🏻#Digestion👈🏻
A place where we process not only food, but also experiences, fears, emotions...
(intestinal system, liver)
3️⃣February begins:
👉🏻New Year of the #Fiery #Horse🐴👈🏻🔥
- Prosperity. Retuning to abundance, self-worth, courage to go your own way.
4️⃣👉🏻#Detox & #cleaning👈🏻
Releasing what we no longer need.
(skin, blood purification, kidneys, lymphatic system)
5️⃣👉🏻#Sight👈🏻
Clarity of vision - outside and inside.
(eyes, internal view)
6️⃣👉🏻#Sexual and #creative #energy👈🏻
Life force, Source of vitality, joy, and creativity.
(female and male organs)
7️⃣👉🏻#Nervous system and resistance👈🏻
stress, exhaustion, ability to handle pressure/calmness and slowing down.

Exhaustion and fatigue. Who am I when I shut up. Strength without hardness, boundaries without fear, properly set boundaries.

A delicate balance that affects our whole being.

Releasing fears, slowing down, returning to clarity and trust.
