About event
🌀 What is Kundalini Activation?
The Kundalini energy is our life energy, also known as Qi, Prana or Life Force.
This energy is a primal and living energy that we always feel when we are not in the mind, e.g. B. when we laugh heartily, dance exuberantly, seethe with anger, are in ecstasy or even feel a deep sadness.
Kundalini Activation is a passive activation and transmission process of the Kundalini energy and the consciousness of nonduality.
It's about following impulses and embodying emotions.
Open yourself to an inner one Process - a journey of discovery to yourself.
I hold the space and support you in your own, very individual process.
🌀 What happens during a session?
You lie on your mat, let the music affect you and relax.
You don't have a task: Open yourself to the process without expectations, notice what is happening and let the energy flow through you.
Energy is vibration - when activated, your energy starts to flow and can move through your body in a wave-like form.
This can be perceived as twitching impulses - the energy and your emotions may want to find physical expression.
Visual experiences, deep meditative states and the awareness of nonduality can also be experienced to a greater extent.
The experiences during activation are as different as your participants, because it is
your very own process.
🌀 What does Kundalini Activation bring you?
Activation can trigger an inner process that brings you closer to yourself brings closer.
🌀 How can you prepare for a session?
✔️ come in comfortable clothes, possibly warm socks, so that you don't get cold after lying down for an hour.
✔️ bring enough water/tea with you.
✔️ It is advisable not to eat anything for two hours beforehand (no alcohol for 1-2 days before).
If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
