We cordially invite you to a unique meeting - A SUPPORT CIRCLE for mothers and daughters on the threshold of adolescence.
During the circle we will:
- discuss topics related to puberty and adolescence
- strengthen mutual trust and communication
- create, dance, rest, pamper yourself
- share the joys and fears that this the period brings
- discovering how we can support each other
The circle will be led by Barbora Luna Chvátalová, an experienced mentor of girls' circles. Bára is a gentle guide on the way to getting to know the female body and its cycles.
Let's spend time together and create a space where our daughters feel seen, heard and accepted - and where we moms can draw strength and inspiration from the presence of other women.
The circle is suitable for girls aged 8 to 11.
