About event
Music can create a space in which children can relax, tune in, get involved and communicate in ways other than words.
On Tuesday, we will continue the Steps of Understanding program with joint music therapy for children and parents. We will work with rhythm, voice, simple musical instruments, movement and joint listening. Children will have the opportunity to react at their own pace, participate according to their abilities and experience music as a safe way of expression.
The activity is also suitable for children with disabilities or a higher need for support. The parent is part of the program so that he can experience together with the child what calms him down, activates him or naturally invites him to contact.
What the child can experience:
music, rhythm and common attunement, support for communication, development of attention, space to express emotions and a pleasant shared experience with the parent.

The Steps of Understanding program is a summer support program for a child and a parent. It is also open to families with children with disabilities, ASD, NKS or a higher need for support.
The parent is part of the program so that he and the child can experience activities that promote understanding, security, contact and joint discovery.
Music therapy is only the second day of the whole week. In the following days, we are expecting art therapy from natural materials, sensory integration outdoors, Snoezelen, sensory games, practical tips for parents and the production of simple aids. You can register only on Tuesday, choose other days according to your family's needs, or complete the whole week.
