Kríza demokracie - ohrozenie a príležitosť.

In recent years, we have all experienced increasing tensions, polarization and escalation in Slovakia and many other countries of the world. The autocratic past again enters us into the present and overgrows the company again. How to deal with it within democratic principles? We're at the crossroads. Democratic companies are facing a new challenge. This is also an opportunity to deepen democratic values and their more congrutety living in the daily lives of society, communities and individuals.

At this seminar we will use methods of processor -oriented facilitations developed by Arnold and Amy Mindells with their colleagues and colleagues. The paradigm of processor -oriented facilitations offers a deeper understanding of democracy than a process that, in addition to a more sensitive approach to the distribution of power in society, brings awareness of the way of using power and thus the opportunity to transform its use.
