6 hour course for complete beginners
Intensive 6 -hour weekend course for complete beginners of all ages.
Give an intense course that will entertain you and replace the month of training? Or you are not going to regular exercise and want to have a short course of self -defense?
For those who do not have time to practice the whole half -year.
We will guide you through the very basis of self -defense, show you important aspects of prevention, basic cow techniques and work on your movement, blows, kicks, combat skills and physical.
