Come with me on a culinary journey through the world of edible flowers! Then we process the collected treasures together.

Have you ever tried the delicate leaves of the birch tree? They taste fragrant, light and floral. They contain a large number of effective ingredients that can be used in wild herb cooking to purify and detoxify.

The pretty flowers of daisies, dandelions, garlic rocket and dead nettle provide freshness and vitality. The dandelion flowers stimulate our metabolism, the ground vine strengthens our immune system. The dead nettle stimulates the lymph, helps us overcome spring fatigue and gets us in the mood for summer.

The fragrant violet is not only a delicacy, it also relieves headaches and neutralizes free radicals. It is balm for our soul and caresses our skin.

We snack on the flowers directly from the meadow and explore their scent and aroma. Before we bring the variety of flowers to the plate, you will learn everything about the ingredients and healing effects of the plants.

After the hike, we return to the Viennese herb factory, where we enjoy the collected beauties over lunch. Together we will prepare a wild herb flower potion and a delicious dessert made from flowers. Later we will process the collected treasures and you will receive many recipes from the wildflower kitchen.

• Dandelion schnapps - strengthening and purifying
• Daisy cream - nourishing and soothing
• Violet ointment - for headaches and for Scars
• Red clover pesto

The exact meeting point depends on the availability of the herbs and will be announced in good time. In any case, it will also be publicly available. There will be a ride for the route from the hike back to the Vienna Herb Manufactory.
