Support group for women with childcare
- a space where you do not have to be strong at all costs
We invite you to participate in six meetings of a support group created for women who need to stop, talk, understand and specific tools to deal with everyday challenges.
It is a safe, intimate space where you can:
✨share your experiences without judgment
✨be truly heard and understood
✨feel the community and the power of women's solidarity
✨receive practical psychological knowledge and support
The meetings are of a psychoeducational and supportive nature
- they combine conversation, knowledge and psychological techniques that will help you better understand yourself, your emotions and needs.

Where: At the headquarters of Polka in Berlin e.V. Storkower Str. 158, 10407 Berlin, (S-Bahnhof Landsberger Allee) 3rd floor (after leaving the elevator, turn left and go to the end)
Lead by: Magda Mazloum,
Psychologist, psychotraumatologist, EMDR therapist Magda is a psychologist with a specialization in clinical psychology and a specialization in psychotraumatology. She completed master's studies at SWPS University, and then postgraduate studies in psychotraumatology under the supervision of prof. Elżbieta Zdunkiewicz-Ścigały. She is passionate about supporting young adults and adults on their journey to better mental well-being. He works with empathy, attentiveness and full commitment. She gained her experience, among others: in non-governmental organizations supporting migrants and refugees, in centers for young people seeking safety and stability, as well as in psychiatric wards and boarding schools. Her broad perspective and deep knowledge allow us to create an atmosphere of trust and true support.
During the meeting, hot and cold drinks and light refreshments will be served. (small donations for coffee and cake are welcome) Thank you
* We also invite mothers with children during the meeting, you can leave your children under the care of a professional babysitter in the next room.
The babysitter is Polish-speaking. Games and other activities will be conducted in Polish.

We are waiting for you from 5:30 p.m. and, if possible, please arrive on time, we close the door at 6:10 p.m.
