🪔 Díválí, známe aj ako Sviatok svetiel, je jedným z najvýznamnejších sviatkov v Indii. Symbolizuje víťazstvo dobra nad zlom, svetla nad tmou a nádeje nad beznádejou. Počas osláv sa tradične rozsvecujú lampy diya, domy a ulice zdobia farebné vzory rangoli a rodiny sa stretávajú pri jedle, hudbe a tanci.
🪷 Občianske združenie Mareena vás v spolupráci s Tabačkou, Veľvyslanectvom Indie na Slovensku a The Common Pulse pozýva na komunitnú oslavu Díválí v Košiciach! Príďte s nami spoznať indické tradície, kultúru a ľudí, ktorí sa s nami podelia o kúsok svojho sveta.
Čaká vás večer plný farieb, chutí, hudby a svetielok, počas ktorého budete môcť nielen spoznávať indickú kultúru, ale sa do nej aj aktívne zapojiť.

During the celebrations, traditional diya lamps are lit, homes and streets are decorated with colourful rangoli patterns, and families come together to enjoy food, music, and dance.
