Konzertabend mit Tino Eisbrenner

The year 2025 sees the song poet, composer, actor, author and peace activist Tino Eisbrenner in the 45th year of his stage presence. His first hits made the then 18-year-old a young star of the last generation of GDR television faces. His oeuvre currently includes twenty-one musical and two literary albums, as well as six books of an autobiographical nature. He has just published “Kraniche – Shuravli”, in which he talks about his trip to an international song contest, which took him to Moscow in May 2023, where he took second place for Germany. For a Germany, by the way, whose public sector by no means thanks him for it. His convictions and arguments that art must be and remain a mediating path of peace between peoples still shape this new book, as well as the 2025 album “Kompass” and Eisbrenner’s musical - literary evenings with which he nonchalantly reads, plays and sings through his own work as well as that of great masters of past eras “Vyssotzki, Waits or Weill look over my shoulder just as much as Hölderlin, Heine, Pushkin, Villon, Neruda or Brecht. All artists whose conversation showed that they had understood the term, because it also includes the word attitude. Sometimes they shake my hand – and then I take it too. “It doesn’t make you any stupider,” explains Eisbrenner with a smile. And perhaps this is exactly what makes him one of the most versatile artists of our day, who never seems to lose his own compass.
