About event
Karo Nero play music for adults and everyone who wants to become one. Finest German-language pop rock with poetry. Touching ... funny ... melancholic ... danceable ... profound and much more. They are "wonderfully playful, pleasant, ripe and calm", says the music magazine Deutsche Mugge.
in September 2025 “Allen registers”, the third album of the Leipziger. Everything is there, strong voices, excellent musicians, joy of playing, improvisation ... With great musicality, the formation has found its very own style somewhere between pop rock, blues, folk and singer/songwriter.
The music of Karo Nero aims on the stomach and legs, the German-language texts more on the head. They often meet somewhere in between - namely in the middle of the heart. This is honest, profound music that encourages you to listen, empathize and think. To dance too. A large piece of music from the middle of a constantly changing world structure. And “The virtuoso testimony of a great band” (pop ticker).
