About event
Organizer text:
contamination is a symposium initiated by a local dance community plastic - a platform for contemporary dance. His main idea is to connect science to art and mapping new performance practices in relation to climate change and nature issues. Contamination is trying to sit side by side registers of Western science knowledge, leaning on data and research and creative, imaginative and artivist projects that connect each other's efforts to make this crisis more visible and access that we live together. Workshops
The Symposium curatorial team consists of dramaturgist Maja Sinik, choreographer and dancer Eva Place and dramaturg Milo jerán. In the light of the crisis, we are trying to make it possible to make its reflection on its own, and at the same time bring examples of good practice, which can and to do this. Contamination in the effort to initiate a world that has not yet arose has not occurred, which we can imagine and cooperate on his work. ” Rest gym - Dance Residency Center
